Our Providers
Lotus Counseling Center was created with the goal of helping others build a life of purpose and growth. Like the lotus, our providers recognize every individual is unique and needs the space to grow, no matter what circumstances. We hope to provide that space and an opportunity to create a life of worth and meaning.
Our Services
We offer outpatient therapy and medication management for ages 5 and older. Lotus Counseling Center provides a variety of therapeutic services and medication management. Our therapeutic services include individual, couples, and family therapy, individual Dialectic Behavioral Therapy services (no groups), Prolonged Exposure, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy. Additional strategies including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Sand Tray Therapy, play therapy, and art therapy.
We also have a Family Nurse Practitioner that specializes in addressing root cause of various conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, insomnia, hormonal imbalance, contraceptive management, autoimmunity, dermatologic concerns (acne, psoriasis, etc.) gastrointestinal dysfunction, as well as more acute illnesses and infections.
