Individual Therapy Ages 5+, Couples, & Families
Beginning therapy can feel like a big and vulnerable step, especially if you’re reaching out for the first time. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as we work together to navigate life’s challenges. My approach therapy is centered around warmth, curiosity, and a genuine respect for the unique story each person brings into the room.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while learning new skills that support meaningful change. I also incorporate Narrative Therapy, a tool that helps us examine and reshape the personal stories that influence how we see ourselves and the world. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and clarity.
My areas of interest include anxiety, stress, overwhelm, couples work, communication and relationship dynamics, family systems, relational change, life transitions, identity development, self-esteem/self-compassion challenges, and reframing life stories.
I am especially passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate these challenges, and I strive to foster a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and empowering.
