Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I aim to make that first moment feel as comfortable as possible. I work with adults who are looking for support as they move through challenges, changes, and the everyday stressors that can make life feel heavy. My intention is to offer a calm, grounded, and respectful space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to understand yourself in new ways. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story, creating an environment where authenticity and growth can unfold at a comfortable pace.
In my work as a therapist, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to build practical tools for managing what feels difficult. I also incorporate Narrative Therapy, which allows us to look closely at the stories that have shaped your identity and consider which ones still serve you, and which ones you may be ready to rewrite. I approach the therapeutic process as a partnership; your experiences and insights guide our work, and I’m here to offer support, perspective, and skills along the way.
My focus areas include depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity development, self-esteem and confidence, stress, and strengthening coping strategies. I especially enjoy helping clients reconnect with their sense of agency and develop a more compassionate understanding of themselves.
Outside of my therapy work, I find joy in quiet routines, creative outlets, meaningful conversations, and spending time in restorative spaces like parks or near the water.
