Payment Policy for EMDR Intensive Sessions
Effective June 1, 2025, our practice requires a structured payment plan for EMDR intensive sessions to ensure smooth scheduling and session availability.
Payment Structure:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your session.
The remaining 50% will be charged on the day of your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
If you cancel the session more than 48 hours before your session, your deposit may be refunded or applied for a future appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless otherwise noted by the clinician.
Rescheduling is permitted but requires at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date.
Payment Methods:
We require a valid credit card on file at time of scheduling an intensive session. We also accept checks and cash payments. All payments must be completed prior to the start of your scheduled session.

This is an out-of-pocket service as it is not covered by insurance. Intensives would qualify for payment through HSA/FSA funds.
Pricing for services:
2-hour session- 400.00
3-hour session- 600.00
4-hour session- 800.00
