Payment Policy for EMDR Intensive Sessions

Effective June 1, 2025, our practice requires a structured payment plan for EMDR intensive sessions to ensure smooth scheduling and session availability.

Payment Structure:

  • 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your session.

  • The remaining 50% will be charged on the day of your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • If you cancel the session more than 48 hours before your session, your deposit may be refunded or applied for a future appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless otherwise noted by the clinician.

  • Rescheduling is permitted but requires at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date.

Payment Methods:

  • We require a valid credit card on file at time of scheduling an intensive session. We also accept checks and cash payments.   • All payments must be completed prior to the start of your scheduled session.

This is an out-of-pocket service as it is not covered by insurance. Intensives would qualify for payment through HSA/FSA funds. 

 

Pricing for services:

2-hour session- 400.00 

3-hour session- 600.00 

4-hour session- 800.00
