Individual Therapy Ages 16+, Couples, & Families
I take a collaborative, person‑centered approach to counseling, working alongside clients to clarify their goals and move toward outcomes that feel authentic to both their values and lived experiences. My priority is to create an accepting, grounded space where people feel comfortable showing up as themselves. Rooted in a humanistic lens, my work integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Intergenerational Family Therapy. My early career supporting teens, families, and school communities through conflict‑mediation programs and teaching high school continues to shape how I understand relationships, development, and the systems people navigate.
I have a particular passion for working with couples at all stages of their relationship, whether they are laying early foundations, navigating transitions in long‑term partnerships, or engaging in discernment counseling. I also enjoy supporting mid‑life and older adults as they navigate aging-related changes in career, identity, relationships, retirement, and caregiving roles. My additional areas of interest include working with teens and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, stress, educational or executive‑functioning challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions.
