DBT Linehan Board-Certified Therapist
Individual Therapy Ages 13+
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where teens (13+) and adults can feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. Whether you’re facing emotional overwhelm, trauma, or navigating major life changes, my approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and deep respect for your unique journey.
My work often focuses on helping individuals who are coping with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, life transitions and stressors, and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I believe healing is possible, and therapy can be a powerful step toward building resilience, clarity, and connection.
My work is grounded in an eclectic, client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure, strength-based practices, and mindfulness techniques—tailored to meet each person where they are.
I offer individual therapy as well as clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists. I see clients both in person and via secure telehealth sessions, depending on their needs and preferences.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on bike rides and walks with my yorkie, Cleo. Traveling and experiencing different cultures brings me joy and helps me stay connected to the richness of the human experience, something I carry with me into the therapy room.
